Most courses give you theory to watch. This is a training program. You practice speaking every week in live sessions, get direct feedback on your structure and delivery, and build the habit with daily reps. It is closer to working with a personal trainer than watching a course.

The daily speaking reps take around 10 to 15 minutes. The live coaching sessions are once a week. In total, expect to invest around 2 to 3 hours per week. The program is built for busy professionals, so the practice fits around your schedule.
